Shooter believed to be an 18yr old of Iranian descent. Long term resident of the city, no police record. Police remain uncertain of motive.

Seems that he was born in the city and that the fact that this happened on the anniversary of the Utøya massacre was not coincidental. I wonder whether the site of the murders was also deliberate given what used to be there? Yuck.
