I'm wondering about people's unusual goals or dreams that they have set for themselves.  Maybe become a CEO, travel to 130 countries, have 10 children, run for Congress, whatever.
Personally, I'm hoping to become one of America's few pizza delivery driver millionaires (I'm counting home ownership equity as part of my assets, this makes it much easier to reach).  Currently much of my income is passive investment income, but the majority of the money that went into those investments was from work as a delivery driver.

I'm hoping to try as many different kinds of cuisine as I can. This will require visiting as many countries as I can, as well.

Get a knighthood, or at least an MBE.

My great-great-aunt lived in three centuries - 19th, 20th, and 21st. I want to try to do the same and live to see the 22nd century. I'd have to live to be a little over 106 to pull it off.

Another goal is to visit all of the remaining Communist countries. I've been to Cuba and Vietnam, so I still have yet to visit China, Laos, and North Korea. Two of those seem reasonable. One not so much.

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly are his dates of birth and death?

Some things I've been looking at targeting:
-Qualify for the Boston Marathon
-Compete (and finish in time) in an Ironman Triathlon, qualify for the Hawaii competition

These are probably the most "out-there" ones, as most of the others are family/career goals.

I've long had the three century goal as well TCC. Smiley We'll see if I'm in good enough health to do it though. Among those I have control over -

Constructing an iconic home overlooking the river that is an effective landmark in my city.

Doing whatever I can that is necessary to get my mom's alma mater into the NCAA tournament during her lifetime and witnessing the clinching game with her.

Those are my two remaining purposes in life. Hopefully I can find someone who can help me add to it.

Most relevant here: My goal used to be one day invited to the White House Correspondents Dinner, either as politician or be successful enough in business. Thats not necessarily still a goal of mine, just because I think I've decided I want a more low-key life.

Kim K can always accomplish this even if Big Don and Kanye don't, though. Wink

To live another 333 years. To learn 333 languages fluently. To memorize 200,000,000 digits of pi. To be the world chess champion or at least memorize 333 games. To go to Mars or at least the Moon. It's possible that I won't accomplish any of those. Maybe I should just write a book and hope that it becomes a best seller.

Am I in trouble? Completely serious question, for the record.

Indeed, if it wasn't already obvious, I was certainly joking here.

At least you realized from the beginning that you'd never be invited as the featured entertainer.
