I am not a huge fan of these rules, name issue aside. I do want to at least have the discussion of the legislature having full autonomy and the Governor not taking over as Speaker at any time. (I also think we should have a Lt. Governor, but this is not the place for that) we need to have a clear separation of executive and legislative branch. Under these rules, if I abstained or voted for myself in the Speaker's race, the Governor would have full control of all 4 slots of legislation.

I'd prefer if we just had the 'dean' of the Assembly take on that position, not the governor.  I'm also not a fan of standardized naming, but that's minor.
