A private security firm said the Russians were behind two separate DNC hacks back when it was first reported a month ago. Since then, Trump has hinted he won't defend NATO allies. Regardless of whether you think we should be pulling out of NATO or not, any time a major foreign power tries to influence a U.S. election it should be cause for concern. If every country around the world got a say in American government, it's no longer our government, it's more like a world government that we exclusively pay taxes to. That the true globalist boogeyman right there.

Does it matter if Russia is helping Trump?
The leaks are true. DNC conspired against Bernie. Russia releasing this doesn't make this fact untrue.

If it ends up with a commander in chief who owes Putin a favor, then yes. It's a liability to national security. I thought Republicans cared about that?

This Putin speculation is getting way, way ahead of the actual facts as we know them at the moment. In fact we don't know anything about who hacked, and why. Nor do we know, to the extent anyone is implying that, that team Trump was in the loop on this. I suspect they would rather have DWS to kick around some more personally.

Actually quite a few people are looking into this and it looks like Russia was involved quite heavily.

If this is true, I hope Obama does not sweep it under the rug to appease Russia. North Korea was sanctioned over hacking a movie studio. This will help determine the next president. Allowing autocracies to exploit partisan divisions in democracies sets a precedent that puts all democracies in danger.
