Not shocked. The former Soviet bloc nations of Eastern Europe trend to support the Republicans over the Democrats.

Crazy to think nowadays that Orban started his career as a libertarian. I suppose the transition is a natural cycle.

You see, true libertarians are against the radical left nowadays. The radical left ideology aims to stifle freedom.

Since both Orban and Trump supporters are fascist I guess it makes sense they like each other. Hungarian traditions of militant anti-semitism are scary as fck though so this is an aspect of Trump I don't find all that entertaining.

"The president of Hungary has endorsed me.  Really great guy.  He's done some really great things for his country.  Vladimir Putin has endorsed me too.  I also hear the leader of the Caliphate has endorsed me as well.  He's a really great guy too.  I'm definitely leading bigly with foreign leaders because I have foreign policy so good like you've never even seen."

Actually, Bush was losing all hypotetical polls in every post-Soviet Bloc countries in 2004, except... Poland Sad I remember pollings from 2008 and 2012 strongly favoring Obama, though.

This is correct. The alt-right and libertarians are in solidarity against the regressive left (SJWs, feminists, PC "liberals") for the freedom of speech.

If you guys think Orban is a fascist, then you really don't know what modern Hungarian fascism looks like. Ever hear of Jobbik?

Why are these Trump supporters unfazed by an endorsement from a man who's deliberately undermining democracy?

Oh. That's not surprising at all.

From what I understand, Orban keeps power by cribbing policies from Jobbik when they're popular.
