Grandma Nixon isn't progress. She's same-ol same-ol. Bernie had real progressive values on the platter, and I would've voted for him (and did so in the primary). Alas, it's back to third party voting which I've done every election since 2000.

Everything I've read about the Sanders supporters protesting is that the vast majority are following Sanders lead, but there is a decent-size loud minority that look essentially unattainable. Anecdotally many are former Green Party voters/activists, first time voters, and folks that don't even know what the TPP means.

Agree that hitting Trump for taking 9/11 money could be very powerful.  So could hitting him for basically saying "sue me, l can bleed you dry in court fees" to blue collar workers after not paying them.

Giving Mr New York the opportunity to act indignant about 9/11 is dangerous though.  It's already produced one is his finest moments of the campaign.
