You fail to see a lot of things.

Will Sanders actually be forcing his pledged delegates to vote for Hillary, or just giving them the option of doing so?

Forget about the super delegates, we need to end caucuses and open primaries. That way independents don't get to vote and another insurgency like Sanders never happens again.

He's apparently going to formally suspend and do an acclamation thing at the end in lieu of just letting the chair announce the results like Priebus did, but every state is going to be allowed to cast its votes. He's not going to cut it off like Hillary did.

China and Russia are vastly different, and both are different than what he proposed.

Both are communist nations, Socialism is merely a step on the way to communism.

If the superdelegates were sane, they'd vote unanimously for Hillary tomorrow. But no, at least 48 of them will vote for Bernie. I guess it's okay as long as they don't give Bernie the nomination.

At some point they're having various "mothers of the (BLM) movement" speak. One of them is Trayvon Martin's mother.

They really have to be careful with this vote. If they halt it right away, the busters will feel like they are being silenced. If they let it go too far/all the way to the end, the busters will probably be so fired up that they will boo the final result. They should only let Bernie stop the tallying and nominate Hillary if the tone of the hall indicates it will go over generally well. I am not really looking forward to this moment because this will be the raucous ***holes last stand, so they are going to make a scene of it.

Bernie Sanders said in his speech: "I look forward to your votes during the roll call tomorrow!" So while he may/may not cut off the last few states, they're not going to halt it early on.

Talks Underway for Bernie to Nominate Hillary at Roll Call

Update: King noted two possibilities on TV.

1) Bernie places her name into nomination/seconds it at the beginning. This doesn't stop the roll call, it's actually done before it even begins - it's the official declaration of her eligibility to receive votes in the roll call. Chris Collins was one of the people who did this for Trump last week.

2) When we get to the VT delegation, which is close to the end (after a lot of votes for Sanders), Sanders will motion for suspension of the roll call and nomination for Hillary by acclamation.

Twitter is hardly a reliable source, but there are some people claiming that there won't be a roll call on the floor and that the vote was done at a breakfast this morning. That could just be people misrepresenting the situation, though.

So does anyone know how this roll-call vote will work? She won't have a majority with pledged delegates alone, so will the superdelegates vote on the floor as well? Also what time is it happening?

The superdelegates vote whenever their state does. So the CA supers will vote at the same time as the CA pledgeds, and so on.

Take it with a grain of salt since it's Fox: Sanders will be in the family box, will NOT call off the roll call at any point. But Vermont, not Wyoming, will cast the last votes. The entire roll call will go through. McAuliffe will put Hillary's name in nomination. No Acclamation Motion.

So I guess if the supers all change their minds at the last minute, Bernie is the nominee.
