I imagine the delegates inside the hall aren't like the fans outside the hall, but they are still Berners and this is probably their first DNC ever. If you are a delegate and especially the ones that arent on any of the committees, being on the floor is their only opportunity to get their voices heard.

Does Sanders have a whip operation on the floor and is it any good?  Does he want them to play nice? I guess we will find out.

According to the schedule on the CSPAN site, the primetime network hour (10-11pm) will be
Michelle Obama
Elizabeth Warren
Bernie Sanders

(in that order)

Will Michelle in any way address the Melania thing?  Maybe a joke about it?

A Bernie delegate on MSNBC says they want the supers to vote for Bernie.  How does that jibe with their moves in the rules committee to get rid of supers or make them vote with their state?  Surprised the reporter didn't ask him about that disconnect.

Chuck Todd (on Sanders): maybe he doesn't have control of his delegation

Also notes the Sanders campaign realizes "it has got out of hand" and there movement behind the scenes to try to get his delegates under control.

Good luck with that. I think part of the problem is that most of these people are first time delegates and I think a good number of them only registered as Dem for Bernie but are really Greens or indies. Sanders was their ticket in maybe, but now that they are in they are going to do what they do regardless of what he says.

not sure how they are going to handle time management. Bernie was supposed to go on about an hour from now but he was moved to the closing spot.  Now they have Michelle Obama, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie all in the final hour, plus both Warren and Sanders have speakers introducing them.  And there are there is only one more speaker immigration-issue speaker listed on the CSPAN schedule and then nothing until 10pm.

Are they going to move Michelle into the 9pm-10pm hour? If not, they are probably going to have a big gap before 10 and then go over past 11.

Contrast this speech to all of those from Trump family members last week.
