Undecided are independents, women, Metro ATL. I see lots of women at work (white collar) that probably voted for Romney but maybe sit this one out.

So it's an internal poll conducted a month ago by a Democratic firm who's previous poll showed Clinton leading by 13 in a state that's been GOP-leaning since the 1980s.

Yup, only thing to note from it is a confirmation that GA is slowly moving towards the Democrats like VA and NC did. PA is essentially doing the opposite.
