Let's say Trump wins the Presidency, but his coattails aren't big enough for the down ballots.  The Dems pick up seats in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, New Hampshire, and Florida, (the GOP once again fails to vanquish Evan Bayh).  The GOP is unsuccessful at winning Harry Reid's open seat.

What can President Trump accomplish with a divided Congress?  WOULD he be able to get anything done?  And with a Dem Senate, what kind of judges would he appoint?
