It's not even over yet.
The main speakers are speaking now.

The only "trainwreck" is you .... ChairmanSanchez "the elitist."

I can't hear your desperate pleas from my ivory tower.

You sound drunk again .... like you were a number of weeks ago, and were posting rubbish late that night.
Remember how much of a drunken fool you sounded like that night ?
LOL.
Sadly, I'm not drinking since I'm back home and don't have access to a sympathetic liquor store, but this convention was entertaining enough.

Michelle Obama did great... and though I hate to admit it, so did Corey Booker

The rest of the politician speeches (like Warren and Sanders) were the same old stump speech.

And these BernieBros should be shipped to a private island where Donald Trump is made King.

That sounds like a great reality show idea.

Oh, I misunderstood. I thought you meant a lower score meant less of a trainwreck.

Democrats, who abhor the wall had to build their own wall to keep the Berniebots from rushing the stage. So I'd say a trainwreck and then some!

Hey, Hillary! Tear down that wall!

I give it a 3.  It could have been a real train wreck, but they righted the ship in terms of what they had to do.

Of course, having as a featured speaker the great granddaughter of a Nicaraguan dictator was a hoot.  None of the media have picked up on that yet, but it's not a secret.

5.  It had the potential to be a true dumpster fire, but they pulled it back from the brink.  I have high hopes that the next 3 days will be much smoother and this will be remembered as a bump in the road.

It wasn't a trainwreck.

How can a thread with only the OP be considered a trainwreck?
Spooky Mike is known for having a one track mind. Maybe he assumed Sanchez was a train with no track?

Bill Clinton speaks tomorrow night.  You know he's going to rock the house, even if there happens to be similar chaos in the afternoon.

Plus, you know the Bernie Bros don't have the spine to boo Bill Clinton.

I have always enjoyed listening to Bill Clinton speak. I'd like to hear his response to the Bernie Bros if they get unruly with him. Ha!

Bill is the one speaker I could see addressing the hecklers directly. That would be pretty funny, even though it would be horrible optics. Hopefully it won't be necessary after tonight though.

He took on that truther in 2008. "Wait a minute? Bohemian Grove? Isn't that where all those rich Republicans get naked and run around the redwoods?" That was great.

I suspect the hecklers will be less of an issue, because I have a tough time believing they all won't be identified after tonight (especially with full access to the security video cams), so they can very easily have their credentials revoked.

Or even just make an example by revoking the credentials from a handful of really bad hecklers. Once that's learned about it'll have a chilling effect and cause the rest to shut up.

9. I suspect Clinton will get a negative bounce now. This convention is turning out to be a disaster.

What the hell is wrong with you?

I was obviously being facetious. Remember when people predicted a nega-bounce for Trump after the convention?

Ah, understood

I have never once seen someone say the other party's convention wasn't a disaster.

The only real trainwreck was the rude Sandernistas booing pretty much every speaker every time Hillary's name was mentioned. I'm surprised they didn't boo the little girl with her mom or that disabled girl who both came out praising Hillary. I did, however, love the chants "Lock him up" when speakers were talking about Trump's scam of Trump University.

There were lots of great speakers. My favorites, in order, were:
1. State Senator Pat Speakman of Nevada
2. First Lady Michelle Obama
3. U.S. Senator Cory Booker

Republicans/Blue avatars pathetically claiming that it was worse than Night 1 of the RNC are only kidding themselves. I don't think anybody plagiarized any speeches tonight and Bernie did not pull a Ted Cruz FU to Hillary on the stage.

Absolutely Horrible. Considering voting for Trump now.
