I'll admit my bias, but there just seems to be far more genuine emotion for Clinton in this room than for Trump in last week's.
That's because there are a ton of red avatars on here and a few sane blue ones. Half the blue ones are fake Republicans. Atlas is great for its red avatar shrill.

She speaks a lot better when she's not shouting into a mic. A less strident speech by Hillary will come across better. Less forceful. She sounds more focused when she uses a lower, softer voice. When she tries to make a point and gets a bit louder it doesn't come across well.

...Too slow

I hate to credit dirks, but Hillary's style is off.

The content however is very well done.

This is like a Thanksgiving dinner with outstanding pies, casseroles, oyster dressing, ... and a bone dry turkey as its centerpiece. Oh well. As long as she doesn't mention Trump (much), then it will be good enough.

we...will...not...ban...a....religion

It's not flowing very well

She's a better off freestyling a speech.
She's incapable of anything spontaneous.

He means the actual convention hall; the Democrats have twice as many delegates as the Republicans.

Man, Trump is going to regret using that line.

I actually think that is one of the few "mistakes" that Atlas Democrats pounce on that was actually harmful. Not as bad as the condescending "Jeb'll fix it" but still pretty dumb.

We need more about reforming Islam.

Not real sure that the president is in charge of that.

I very much doubt that. Americans are looking for strong leadership at this moment in history, not platitudes about 'working together'.

I think criticizing her timing is hardcore Atlas nitpicking. None of the folks at home are saying that.

The people chanting, however, are getting the timing wrong.

LMAO, I usually don't read this forum anymore, but reading Sanchez and guineapig think they are great trolls after they get like 2 responses to their posts is somewhat hilarious Grin

After 17 minutes, that seemed like a long time to get to the formal acceptance.

I'm not praising my trolling; I don't think I'm a troll. But I don't get the compulsive need for you guys to respond to every criticism.

Much like Bill she seems to have found her footing. Needs to drink some water during the applause breaks, though.

Wow, did anyone hear all that booing when she accepted the nomination? This convention is a disaster.

Haha, no

I like what she's saying. She's a serious thinker-type, not a natural charismatic speaker. I always enjoy listening to Hillary.

I think she's saying what our country needs to hear.

Bravo Hillary!

I heard it, but to be fair, it was the absolute chaos day one when they couldn't even mention her name.
