Democrats and Democratic sympathizers: If Obama was allowed to run for third term, would you support him being renominated?

I would love a 3rd Obama term! If he could run again, I would not be surprised if this election turned out to be his biggest win yet.

Oh well

There's not much difference between Obama and Hillary in my estimation, except that Obama is better at winning (Hillary is more bloodthirsty, but they are both just as pandering on economic issues, and Hillary seems less naive, and is slightly more progressive than him domestically).

Would prefer that he be primaried by Warren or Sanders and either lose to a very competent progressive candidate or, just like Hillary, be forced into a positive direction by the grassroots.

I think one of the only good arguments for term limits in the Presidential FPTP system is that everyone is always much too cowardly to challenge a sitting President in a party primary.

I can almost guarantee that Obama would have absolutely wiped the floor with Trump.

Assuming that a challenger successfully emerged against a sitting President? Yeah, I'd be in the trenches for his opponent.

He's having a good year in public opinion b/c Trump, but I have quite a few ideological differences with him,

Yep, he's done a great job. But would be undecided if Hillary ran against him, because I like both very much. I would probably lean towards Obama, because he's less controversal and would defeat the Trumpster by a large margin.
