- Oversaw great advances in gay rights
- Passed some reasonable healthcare reform
- Avoided austerity, for the most part
- Got us out of the EU

Slightly tongue-in-cheek but there's little doubt that his Nelson Muntz performance when he visited a few months ago helped Leave.
