In my opinion, Hillary Clinton knows who she is as a politician. No one is going to elect her based on her speechifying; that's not really her thing. I think she set out who she is and what she stands for. This is what we get. I think it was a great move.

This speech is one that will be playing on C-Span for generations to come...not just because of the historic moment of who's giving it, but for the content and spirit of its message. One day we'll be asked where we were when we listened to this speech.

Queue the Beatles – All you need is love.

Excellent content, skipping quality on actual oration technique.

A- Probably would have been a straight A if not for the amazing speeches the nights before.

I'm really having a hard time making it through right now at 20 mins in.  Her speech voice is so much more robotic than her debate and interview voice, and absolutely nothing remotely interesting has been said so far.

I'm about eight minutes in and she still hasn't said "I accept your nomination for President of the United States". If she didn't say then or if I somehow missed it then that's a cardinal sin and I have to give it the lowest grade possible. Smiley

Solid A.  She's not going to be remembered as one of history's great orators, but she said what she had to say and said it well.

A

It was a fantastic speech, but I expected better from her. She could've done better.

A-. It started out a bit slow, but she definitely picked up steam later on.
