Berkshire (Mass.) Eagle endorses Clinton.  They endorsed Obama in 2012.

Berkshire County is the second most Democratic county in Massachusetts, not a surprise. That said, the comments are hilarious.

The Dallas Morning News, which has endorsed the Republican candidate every year since 1964, non-endorses Trump: http://www.dallasnews.com/opinion/editorials/20160906-donald-trump-is-no-republican.ece.

"Donald Trump is not qualified to serve as president and does not deserve your vote."

ETA: The Morning News has now gone a step further and explicitly endorsed Clinton: http://www.dallasnews.com/opinion/editorials/20160907-we-recommend-hillary-clinton-for-u.s.-president.ece

The Winston-Salem Journal endorses... Gary Johnson!

http://www.journalnow.com/opinion/editorials/decision-gary-johnson-for-president/article_7351cdb6-327e-5cf0-b0d2-9bff7ab6d874.html

In 2008, they endorsed McCain. In 2012, the paper endorsed Obama.

Likely: Johnson ends up with more endorsements than Trump.

They endorsed him in the primary, but they haven't made a general election endorsement yet.

Per the NY Times, the Manchester (NH) Union Leader will endorse Gary Johnson.  They've endorsed Republicans for at least the last century.  The Times story is at http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/15/us/politics/gary-johnson-union-leader-endorsement.html, but I don't see it on the Union Leader website yet.

I believe this makes the current total:

Clinton - 5
Johnson - 3
None - 1
Trump - 0

I don't know if this was mentioned before, but The Caledonian-Record from VT also endorsed Johnson back in early August, bringing his current total up to 4.

Proof that there's bias in the dinosaur media.

I don't get your point.  Don't all newspaper endorsements reflect the political biases of their editorial boards?

Almost all have a bias and that's a liberal bias.

Are you serious?  The Union Leader has been a bastion of conservatism for decades.

I like when conservatives are blabing about MUH LIBERALS when their candidate put out a terrific family leave proposal that is pretty liberal and won his primary because he DEFEATED traditional conservatism.

Well, let's see.  Out of the 10 papers mentioned so far in this thread, 6 endorsed Romney in 2012; they've broken 3 for Clinton (including the Dallas Morning News, which hadn't endorsed a Democrat since 1944), 2 for Johnson, and 1 (the Tulsa World) for "None of the Above".  Three others endorsed Obama in 2012; they've gone 2 for Clinton and 1 for Johnson.  I don't find a previous endorsement for the Caledonian-Record, which was just mentioned upthread.

It seems rather unlikely that so many Republican-friendly newspapers would suddenly change their political leanings, doesn't it?

Considering their endorsement in primary placed 6th, I doubt his matters much, but NH is a state I could see Johnson doing well in with typically GOP voters

From that Times Union endorsement:

A joke on the Internet: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are together in a lifeboat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. No land in sight. No ships in sight.

Question: Who survives?

Answer: The American people.

This endorsement is slightly more important than it was in the primary because when people hear about a paper that always endorses republican endorsing someone else people get curious about who it endorsed. It won't matter a lot, but it'll give Johnson some attention.

Republicans have always been the party of family leave while the Democrats only claim to be in order to get votes.

The MN Star Tribune endorses Trump (after endorsing Gore, Kerry and Obama twice):
