Yes I know that newspaper endorsements don't matter, but we always have a thread on them and some have already started making declarations:

Houston Chronicle Endorses Clinton - Only the 2nd time since 1964 they have endorsed a Democrat (08 was the other year)

IIRC the Santa Barbara News Post has a very dodgy history.

This was already discussed, long before Rachel Maddow heard , (page 4 of this thread) and it was decided that the News Press endorsement is probably more of a primary one. The link is below:
