"Weak Mike Pence doesn't think name-calling is effective? I'll punch him so hard his head will spin and he won't know what happened!"

Something like this will come by November, guaranteed.

I am beginning to wonder if Pence may desert Trump before the vote.

Poor Mike.. I don't understand why he agreed to this.  He is the antithesis of Trump.

Looks like Trump might have to come up with a nickname for his VP, who doesn't seem to be embracing his ideas. Maybe "Turncoat Mike."

He agreed to this because he will be the Vice President of the United States of America.

Is he kidding !?
I'm shocked .... thought Pence was a smart dude.
How can he not see that such a statement portrays trump, more than anyone else on the planet, at this moment in time ?
You would think that half-way through his comment, Pence would "catch-himself" and not go further with completing his thought/statement.
Duhhh.

I am beginning to wonder if Pence may desert Trump before the vote.

This is not a crazy thought, at all.
I can see the possibility (though small) of Pence jumping ship or trump giving him the "you're fired" routine, sometime between now and November.

I'm convinced that if Trump appears to be losing, by October Pence will start going rogue. He won't openly denounce Trump, but he will find ways to make sure it is clear he is not fully on board with Trump either. He will do what he needs to maximize his 2020 chances.

In what universe does Mike Pence have 2020 chances? He'll have been out of public office for 3-4 years and no one will even remember who he was.
