I will point out that this will merely force me to choose between my party or the Court, meanwhile Windjammer is perfectly free to carry on GOTV activities for labor in an unofficial capacity.  And Labor has a long history of "unofficial leadership" coming from the likes of Adam and Windjammer and others when they hold no official title within the party.

Like I said in response to poirot, it is rather easy to fake compliance with these bs requirements on paper while continuing to engage in political activities unofficially, and there is no way to enforce that either.

Perhaps if I was as nasty as the last Justice who served as a Party chair, then maybe I wouldn't be getting singled out for getting screwed yet again. Nobody ever questioned his jurisprudence despite being far more aggressive and heavy handed then I would ever dream of as Chair.

Nobody called for him to resign when he, with the support of this amendments sponsor I would add, tried to get a region to secede from the union and sabotage this constitution we all fought so hard for.

Nor when he called for the game's dissolution. No, he resigned on his own terms upon being elected to the Senate.

I would never dream of doing any of that, because I have standards, I have sense of limits I have a sense of what is right and wrong. Yet he can be trusted to rule fairly and independently, meanwhile I am nothing but a partsian hack? Ridiculous.

How can this be moderated? Someone can still lead a party without having an official title, it happens all the time.

I would also point out that Senators have served double duty as deputy SoFE and in cases of extreme emergency bailed us out at the last minute. Talleyrand and Tmthforu94 come to mind.
SoFE is a very difficult job to do and while it may give some people nice warm and fuzzy feelings to prohibit that, the history demonstrates that doing so would only serve to eliminate potentially qualified options to administer elections when no one else is available.

I would point out also that the one instance where the election administrators abused their office, was not when they "held another office", but in the pursuit of an office they did not hold.

We will now move to a final vote. Representatives have 72 hours to vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN.
