A bit... It's mostly because I've studied communism and post-communism a lot. Two of my former classmates (who have passports that let them skirt some of the most stringent security measures) are planning a trip there and it just seems like an interesting place to be at an interesting point in history - even if you don't get to go to the bathroom without explicit permission from your security escorts.
