I'll rejoice at Trump's complete and utter failure in the West, while glaring at Wyoming.

Considering that'd require the complete and utter collapse of Trump's campaign and his total annihilation at the polls, perhaps akin to John Davis levels, I'd be pleasantly shocked.

Wake up. If I'm still awake, celebrate that Dems likely took the House if even Idaho fell.

This....

Safe to say if ID goes Dem, then AZ and MT are also on the list.

Ada County will be interesting to watch on election night regardless.

Utah maybe, but Idaho ?
Wow.
I think I would pass-out.
Then when re-awakened, I would hope that my dream was true.

Not be too surprised at the Mormon turnout for Clinton, Johnson, and Castle.

At least Trump could say that he won Alabama and West Virginia.

This is a nice example of wishful thinking, but it is too good to be true.

I'll go stock up on Jell-O and potatoes in celebration as it would give me hope that so-called "Christians" have not totally been blinded by the GOP's monopoly on Jesus.

Realistically though, wouldn't Willard have to endorse Johnson and Trump would basically have to implode before there was an even a remote chance for the state to go blue/Atlas red?

This, except I was born in that embarrassment of a state. I guess it would make me slightly less ashamed of it.

He won't lose it, but Johnson will take a good share of the vote. Lots of Mormons live in Southeast Idaho and there is a libertarian streak in parts of the state.

If Trump loses Idaho, it'll be close to a 50 state sweep. Good luck with that.

Not to mention it has a not-insignificant Hispanic population (11.6%, 16th in the US, 9th highest for Mexican-Americans), which I think a lot of people tend to overlook.

Take solace that he at least held Alabama, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Kentucky, Tennessee, and NE-03.  But, prepare for a disastrous 4 years!!
