It's certainly likely that she will make it on the Virginia ballot, but she had a very high % of invalid signatures in Georgia, so it is certainly possible she will miss it.

In GA, they submitted 10.000 for 7.500 valid ones.

5.900 were found valid (=59%).

That would easily be enough for VA ...

Of the remaining 7 states, VA/RI/CT all look like 99.9% sure to have Stein on the ballot.

WY/ND/KY and NH are still unsure (probably enough signatures collected, but the number of valid ones might/might not be enough).
