Happy to hear others' thoughts on this. Essentially it would open the flag up for public submissions, since to my knowledge, the ConCon didn't establish a flag. It would also allow for a public vote - I think this is something that can be fun and we should engage The People with. This is the same wording as how Atlasia formerly established a seal.

This a thousand times. Surveys conducted via the forum's "poll" feature are rarely reflective of the popular will. A traditional IRV referendum is by far preferable (IRV also eliminates the need for multiple successive polls).

Saying "new flag" implies we have one now. We don't. The one used before the reset had five stars representing the five regions, which is no longer applicable.
