I voted "D," but it could be in the "C" range.

C-.

Could be a lot better, but I'll cut him some slack for having zero political experience before 2015. I also assume GE means the last few weeks since the convention. I'd round up to C+ if we're counting the time since he locked up the nomination in May since he did manage to near a tie in the polls several times.

If you exclude the Republican Primary....a straight up F.

If you count the primary....meh, I suppose a C or C-

I can't really think of things he's done well in the GE stage of the campaign.  Picking Pence, maybe?

There has not been one.  There is no Trump GE campaign as distinct from his primary campaign.  It has been a continuation of the same thing.

D. He has shown some success lately with gathering small dollar donations and gave a very strong convention speech, but he needs to quit this ridiculous habit of shooting off his mouth, get some TV ads up, and most importantly, actually get some state level infrastructure.

Still have not seen one Trump ad here in southeast PA. There's at least 3 Hillary ads in rotation, and at least one of them is played every other commercial break.

One of the worse...If nearly the entire conservative base(35% of the country) would vote R even for a mental patient...It would be a historic lose this Nov.

D. I think his speech laid out a potential map for success - attacking Hillary as untrustworthy, flipping the script on GOP economics, making the election about security. He hasn't been using it much though - since he can't stand a single second without being paid attention to - and Democrats have had a strong effort uniting their people so far.

D+ for the primaries, F for the general, gonna average it to D-

Has his campaign aired any other TV ads besides the "Get America Working Again" one? Not SuperPACs, his own campaign

Where are the new voters he's registering that may not have voted in the primaries?

Why is he campaigning in Maine for 1 electoral vote when the swing state next door just released a poll showing you down 15%?

Why is he planning on campaigning in Washington and Mississippi later this month?

Why are they bringing more attention to his wife potentially being an illegal immigrant?

And that's just questions regarding today's events

F...He needed Cleveland to be his springboard and he has destroyed whatever good came out of it. Unity is completely gone and his campaign is completely off the rails on message. Hillary is gaining votes by just staying out of the spotlight and letting him implode by being his attention whore self.

And the worst part for his campaign is that he loves the attention, even if it sinks him to the upper 20s.

Right. Numerous guffs and failures cannot be considered "a campaign". Z-

I began watching presidential races in 1988 as a middle school student.  Donald Trump has run the worst general election campaign I have seen in my life.

Hard to give it anything other than an F. It could be going even worse, but he's shown that he is grossly unprepared for the GE.

D-

I'm so disappointed because this was a winnable election for Republicans.
