I can confirm. I'm in the Los Angeles market and have seen 5 pro-Hillary ads since the Olympics started.

And though I watch through Sling, I've seen an average of 2-3 anti-Trump ads during the morning cable news shows since the DNC started (Usually 5-7 am hours). It's either the TV ad or the recent "O'Reilly Sigh" one

It wouldn't be in a normal year. The fact that it got to 5% in 2008, shows it has the capacity to be close in the right circumstances. These are just unusual circumstances that show this could be gettable for Hillary against Trump, but if this were almost any other GOPer, she'd be down by a margin similar to Obama v Romney.

Long-term, it probably will trend that way.
