What do ye think of John Brown.  Based off my limited read of his wiki page, I am conflicted.  On the one hand, his intentions were good and he arguably kicked off the Civil War.  He might even be up there as a martyr for all I know.  On the other hand, he went off track in the Harpers Ferry raid and killed innocent people.  He also took up arms against our government, a big No No in my book.

Not without massive flaws, but it would take a lot more bad than Brown did for me to consider somebody with his goals, at that point in history, an HP.
