Based on what? His failure to organize even the illusion of a deep and well-oiled campaign organization? His infantile tendency to disproportionately blow up when someone sends even the slightest criticism his way? His inability to keep his mouth shut for longer than two seconds when a situation requires delicacy and even-handedness?
