nomo calling someone a troll. priceless.

also, go easy on Al... all those chemical pollutants flying around probably shoot off a goodly number of free radicals in his body, taking out plenty of brain cells in the process...

You know, after writing my post I kind of was disappointed, because on the one hands its moderately clever, but on the other hand not many people will get it, Al least of all.

It's not clever if you have to point out your own cleverness.

I wouldn't say he's a troll - but he seems to rather unfairly blame Liberals for all that's not well in the world

blaming the audience is OK. imagine telling an incredible joke in english to people that don't speak it. your joke was still good.

No, he's not a troll.  He has strong opinions, but I can think of several other people who are much closer to being trolls than he is.  I think that term is overused anyway.  The only real troll I can think of off the top of my head is NixonNow.

If you call him a troll then Pym, J.R. Brown, Jfern and maybe even TexasGurl or South Jersey become trolls. Is he totally biased? Yes. Is he a troll? No.

None of us support apartheid.

Sincerely held opinions, expressed rationally, don't make a person a troll.  A troll is somebody whose purpose is to incite people, by presenting opinions, that he may not even necessarily hold.

I don't agree with apartheid, but I wouldn't say that a person is a troll simply for saying that he does.

1) I'm only arrogant to whiny liberals, and those people luckily rarely go to the top; it is most likely that if I choose to work for someone that will be conservative.
Well, being arrogant to liberal colleagues also merits a firing from your boss...

Couldn't disagree with him more on that just like there are many things that Pym, J.R. Brown and yourself say, that are also sincerely held believes, that I feel are off the edge.

Correct me if I'm wrong but do/did you believe that Ohio was stolen from Kerry? If so that is the on the edge stuff I'm talking about.

J.R. Brown believes or believed everyone who owned a gun had a mad drive to use it.

And, Pym... Oy where to begin he acted all high and mighty about being a open minded Democrat and he is willing to quickly sterotype Republicans and homeschoolers.

That kind of thing is what I'm talking about flawed beliefs.

Not really, although his frequent use of logical fallacies makes him extremely annoying and difficult to argue with.

I don't support apartheid; I just think it is much preferable to black and white and colored to what is going on now in Rhodesia and South Africa.  jfern, your inability to understand what is presented to you in your own language is starting to hamper your ability to learn and make a coherent argument.
