Natto (can't eat white fish without getting sick.) Though I've been trying to eat natto for years anyway, but can't find anywhere that sells it.

I'm familiar with lutefisk in that I've seen shows where it's been eaten. I'm actually not all familiar with Nattō, but as a relatively picky eater, the texture sends chills down my spine. I've never tried either, but if I had to, it'd be lutefisk (especially if it's from a grandmother-type that would know how to properly prepare it).
