The three leading candidates received 74.1% of the registered voter total.

None whatsoever...
They gave vote figures for three of an undisclosed no of candidates and for total enrolment, but not vote cast. They did give an approximate turnout figure ("over 80%"). I just tried to see how many votes went to other candidates. At least  7.4% of the total. Similarly the leading candidates received, at maximum, 36.7%, 29.9%, and 25.9%.
