Scenario: Clinton wins a plurality of the popular vote with 40%; Trump takes 35% and Johnson takes 25%.  Clinton also has the most EVs but Johnson does well enough to deny her a majority by capturing a small number of EVs.  The Democrats win the Senate and vote for Kaine as VP.  However, the GOP maintains control of the House despite some Democratic gains.  Trump has won the popular vote in more than 26 states but many of them with less than 50% of the vote and by razor thin margins.  Who would the House vote for to become president?  (FYI by law they are required to choose one of the three candidates to receive EVs and each STATE gets only one vote).  The map below is intended to be a possible example of how this scenario might play out but is not necessarily intended to be the most likely way in which this could occur.

Clinton: 268
Trump: 265
Johnson: 5
