Well it's Gravis. They had the race tied in June/early July when all other pollsters had it at about C+6.

So it Gravis/Breitbart have it at +7C does that mean we are actually at +9C Huh?

Haven't checked 538 rankings, but Gravis seems to always seems to have extremely poor aim when it comes to shootin' rifles on the range....

Where is the methodology? How did they get a significant enough of a sample size to poll Muslims?

Gravis is complete junk and shouldn't be taken seriously. They have a horrible track record and it wouldn't surprise me if they just pull numbers out of their ass.

You and I both know that MOEs are very large with small subsets in a poll like this. 11% or 2% is not surprising with probably 300 or so blacks included in a survey of ~2,300.

If it were 25% of the black vote, I'd be concerned, but 11% is well within the MOE for the likely number of blacks surveyed.
