Now that it's ending. I think it had FF political views, but the actual comedy wasn't as good as the show it replaced.

I fear that Wilmore will be replaced by someone even worse like another Trevor Noah or something.

Like I said, it is less funny yet still more tolerable because I don't have to listen to Trevor Noah.

Not a great show, but I appreciated that it was not aimed primarily at the young middle-class white men who dominate Comedy Central's audience. Which, combined with the issues Wilmore discussed, very plausibly factored into CC's decision to cancel the show.

Comedy Central should have just given up after Jon and Stephen left. I saw willmore was going to be a boring failure before his show started.

Terrible show. I never watched it again after the first night. I knew it would fail, everyone and their mother saw this cancellation coming. Wilmore's voice is so screechingly whiny.

Trevor Noah is a lot better than people give him credit for. It's not his fault that no one could be bothered to take over from John. Also I find his South African accent intriguing.

Kind of like when Anderson Cooper used to guest host for Aaron Brown on CNN and we all wondered who that albino was. I don't mean that as an insult, I honestly thought he was one at the time.

Yeah how dare young middle-class white men be allowed to enjoy something. You sound just like Dave Chappelle.

I thought it was awful.  I'm hopeful that they'll replace it with something else related to politics.

Not being the only demographic being considered =/= not being allowed to enjoy something

Larry Wilmore's monologues were pretty good. The panel interviews were generally very bad. A lot of the hate against the show was obviously racially-based though.

Never bothered to watch it. I haven't even watched a full episode of the Daily Show since like 2014.

The whole show was racially based, so go figure.

Yes white people get very angry when they're not the focus of attention.

The problem with the show was that it wasn't easy to chop up into little pieces that could be easily viewed outside of the show like John Oliver monologues or Daily Show segments, put on YouTube and share on Facebook and blogs. Which is what attracts those shows all the attention.

To me, all that says is that those shows are unwatchable.
