I believe PA will be the tipping point state, and if the race gets close again, the state that decides the election. Almost always unwise to ever pull out of a state like that. I hope they know what they're doing.
I believe this is just ad spending, which is very easy to reverse course on.  We haven't heard anything about them reducing the ground game in these states, which is much more long term.
