Does anyone know if the RNC can suddenly decide to start funding McMullin's campaign instead of Trump's?
I know it's to late to start replacing him on ballots, but what if they decide to just nudge the cash flow in another direction (other than down ballot races).

Is their anything illegal or against their own rules preventing this?
