article, and then vote whether you agree with the CA suicide law, and irrespective of whether you agree with it or not, whether you think someone committing suicide in this context is moral. As to option 2, yes, someone could consider the act immoral, but agree that others may disagree, and thus agree with the CA law. As to option 3, someone might think the act moral, but disagree with the law, because someone might feel coerced to die (was not true in the situation discussed in the article), in order to preserve the estate or whatever for those pressuring the person to die early.
