https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/public-safety/fbi-uncovered-at-least-14900-more-documents-in-clinton-email-investigation/2016/08/22/36745578-6643-11e6-be4e-23fc4d4d12b4_story.html?postshare=5931471876990170&tid=ss_tw

"The FBI’s year-long investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server uncovered tens of thousands more documents from her time as secretary of state that were not previously disclosed by her attorneys. The State Department is expected to discuss when and how it will release the emails Monday morning in federal court.

The total — confirmed by the Justice Department — was disclosed by a conservative legal group after the State Department said last week that it would hand over the emails. The number to be released is nearly 50 percent more than the 30,000-plus that Clinton’s lawyers deemed work-related and returned to the department in December 2014.

... lawyers for the government said they plan to set a rolling release schedule in October, weeks before November’s general election."

We already knew this. Comey told us back in July.

"With respect to the thousands of e-mails we found that were not among those produced to State, agencies have concluded that three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received, one at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level. There were no additional Top Secret e-mails found. Finally, none of those we found have since been “up-classified.”"

Given the reason these weren't handed over originally (not work-related but known to exist and now being forced by a conservative group), I don't think anything new is coming of this. As I mentioned in the Colin Powell thread, they're going to need to find something substantial to really get much more out of this story; anyone who felt like it was an obstacle to voting for her on the grounds of her integrity has already jumped ship. Everyone else (and I'll try to find that poll that mentioned this) seems bored of the scandal without a big new splash.

Isn't "relevant troll" a tad oxymoronic?

No.

There are some posters who troll on here and can get a response and then there are some posters who troll, but essentially are ignored.

I don't understand why if they have them, they just don't release them. Especially if the FBI has already decided whether they are classified or not.

Clinton's scheming should be made public as soon as possible, even if it would make a nice October surprise.

A Judge is ordering a review of 15,000 emails. This is getting big.

Keep saying that. Maybe in 20 years or so.

I wonder how many people actually care about this issue, as opposed to those who "care" only for the political benefits may or may not provide.

It's the same mantra that's been repeated in the narrative for almost 2 years now, and every time nothing happens. Don't expect a detailed response to the same tired rhetoric.

I'm guessing somewhere between 0 and 12.

Well, yes about Hillary in general, but I was referring to the whole e-mail debacle. Point taken though. Tongue

That doesn't answer the question. Why do people think she is more untrustworthy than Trump?
