I am stepping down as SoS and starting a foundation to fight diseases and calm national tensions in major places like Western African (and Western Sahara).

I would endorse the pick of Peebs as my replacement.

I have selected Peebs as the successor to Secretary NeverAgain. And would like to extend the offer to Mr. LLR to take on the role of Secretary of Energy.
