Bill Clinton because he speaks English - normally I'm not a fan of this argument, but for certain jobs, speaking English is a requirement, and it's safe to say FLOTUS is one of them.

Yeah I think they've actually come out and said that Chelsea's gonna be the one doing the interior decorating and hosting events while Bill is gonna be 100% focused on the economy.
