Probably not, but we can't say for certain. Regardless, scandals such as this, even if there is no smoking gun, contribute to Hillary's trust deficit with American voters. It is her personal responsibility to refute every single ridiculous claim ever made against her. If she refuses to do so, it is her own fault and she richly earns her reputation as a lying criminal sketchy bitch.
