Politico reporting on the police report

New York Post reporting on the divorce papers

Incident occurred in 1996 but was thrown out due to a lack of of a witness.

Interesting that two very different publications published essentially the same story, minutes apart from each other, each using a using a different source. It's almost as if it was coordinated...

If a case was thrown out or he was found not guilty, then he shouldn't be accountable for it and it shouldn't be used a smear against him.  There's plenty to dislike the man for without undermining the integrity of our justice system.

Felt the same way about Grayson as well.

If there are suspicious discrepancies in the case, of course, that's a different story.

But if he didn't tell Trump or Conway about this, that would be a problem.

Time for yet another replacement on the campaign staff. This could have been put out by Trump just to have an excuse get rid of Bannon after Hillary's speech today. Regardless, he'll be gone from the campaign soon.

Perhaps Ann Coulter takes over? His next pivot should happen soon after Labor Day but before the debates. After the debates he'll bring in Hannity.

So, it's something that shouldn't even be tangentially related to the campaign, but it'll be wayyy blown out of proportion for political purposes.

Yep, and the e-mails.  In our justice system, if someone is found not guilty, their life shouldn't be negatively effected in any way and they should be compensated for financial strain and emotional difficulties suffered.  That's my belief anyway.  But then I've seen a number of frivolous or false lawsuits threatened or enacted in my day so I'm pretty jaded.

No witnesses is hardly a technicality.

That was too quick an aside. When the victim refuses to testify against an assailant, it's more than a technicality.

Please! Who hasn't been charged with domestic violence before?! This is the best 'scandal' the dishonest media could find.

LOL. A domestic violence case thrown out vs. a Presidential candidate's husband who has been accused of sexual assault at least a dozen times....

Gotta love the press.

You should - they've spent far too little time on when your cult leader literally stopped beating his wife.

Your cult leader likes throwing stuff at her husband and belittling the philandering moron.

Remember this oldie, but goodie?

Huh - that did a pretty good job of humanizing Clinton and her family at a time of extreme stress and sadness.

I've said, time and time again - voter fraud is a serious issue in this country.
