I thought about this too. However, Obamacare will repealed and replaced with some "free market solution" (monopolies, no regulation, weird HSA startup loan schemes) which will lead to some healthcare finance bubble.  And if Ginsberg dies, the new SCOTUS will basically constitutionally entitle the Republicans to enact and their agenda. If Trump wins, except for Alcohol, it may be the 1920s all over again. I'd be fine with Hillary winning and being where the Republicans were in 2008 in 2020 than 2016. At least them, we'd have a SCOTUS that does its job when it needs to.
