Stop trying to make a big deal out of this. By the time 2019 comes around, Bevin will win reelection.

I'm making a big deal out of it because it's a big deal.

No, you're making a big deal about it because you're just a troll. Bevin won the election fair and square, when many people thought he would lose, and he is likely to do so again in three years.

How do you explain the fact that the polls were off by 14 points?

You're the one who thinks that election (and the 2014 Senate election as well) was rigged. How? Look, sometimes polls can just be a little off.

Yeah! Bevin's gonna win reelection so stop caring about your sitting governor threatening people.

Most of the polls came from SUSA, who is just really bad at polling Kentucky. That's why Bluegrass fired the company after 2015.

I agree that Bevin will almost certainly win re-election. That doesn't mean he shouldn't be called out for doing something like this.

I don't think something like this would be so easily dismissed if it was a Democratic Governor calling up Republican legislators threatening them to switch parties.

I totally agree with you, just because he's likely to win reelection doesn't mean he should be free from criticism while serving in public office...

I think he's ruined his chances, but if he has any chance at all, this scandal is all the more reason to call him out.

Well, a better comparison is Rick Scott. Or Sam Brownback. Or Paul LePage. Or Scott Walker. Or Nathan Deal. Or Rick Snyder.

Kentucky was way more Democratic in 2007 than it is today and Bevin is no Fletcher.

It's true that Bevin is no Fletcher. He's WORSE!

The late 2000s were one of the recent high points of the Democrats locally and nationally. The way things are going, that might be recreated.

The Democrats don't have Donald Trump to gunk things up.

Bevin will win re-election easily. Kentucky is hopeless.
