Yeah, it all seems like a gross oversimplification, and not particularly helpful.  I guess you could do the following experiment:  match cellmates in all-male and all-female prisons up by physical size and strength and try to determine (by hidden cameras) whether the incidence of rape is significantly lower with those than with the control group, which would have mismatched cellmates.

In the absence of data, it's just an hypothesis, not a conclusion.

Liberals using the rape of men to score points is truly a sight to behold, because it's usually the other side who brings it up. The usual argument is that it is a marginal enough phenomenon to be irrelevant in such discussions.

I wouldn't touch this with a ten-foot pole, but I'm not sure why it's wrong to acknowledge that most men are physically stronger than most women, and that rape would be a considerably lesser problem if this were not the case-- although, not, as Conway (who, it's worth reminding you all, is the most dangerous woman in America today) said, to the point of eliminating it entirely. "Victim-blaming" is another issue entirely, and I wouldn't touch that even with a fifty-foot pole. The headline severely distorts what she said.
