She refuses to do anything to address her historic unpopularity. She's the most hated major party nominee not named Trump in American history. She's less popular than Walter Mondale. The only way a guy like Trump could win is if he's running against her. I think Clinton was planning to retire after serving as Secretary of State, but her friend Trump convinced her to run for the Dem nomination, so he could run for the Rep nomination and win the GE.

The last thing Clinton should do is address her unpopularity.

So concede the election now? Every time a new leak comes out her favorables drop by like 10 points. At this rate, she'll be at 20% on election night. Is there a chance with this level of dislike?

She shouldn't admit that her favorables are low. That wouldn't help.

Every time a new leak comes out her favorables drop by like 10 points.

No, her favorables are still better than Trump's and aren't dropping by that much. You're overreacting based on one poll.

At this rate, she'll be at 20% on election night. Is there a chance with this level of dislike?

She's not at 20%, and she's not even below 40% yet. Calm down. She's still favored to win. Her emails aren't the only thing in the news.

But they seem to be the only thing affecting the polls. People are willing to elect Trump because of a meeting with the Crown Prince of Qatar.

1) It's Bahrain, and 2) Trump's back in the news again, and Clinton will rebound by Election Day.

Bull.

What should she do? Sacrifice a few sheep to Baal? Dance a cannibal dance? Have a personality transplant?

She is running the best campaign she can. And she is doing it decently professionally. She always wanted to be president: no, she never planned to retire after being secretary of state.  She is not doing badly on statesmanship, but lacks a natural talent of a retail politician - this has been known by everyone for 25 years. She is, actually, outperforming every expectation in the campaign.

Yeah she's running an okay campaign, but it doesn't matter cause the e-mails are already out there. Just like they couldn't do anything about Whitewater because it was 15 years ago at the time. Comey, Judicial Watch and the Wikileaks/the Russians are figuratively slicing her up. She's as helpless as Janet Leigh in the shower scene in Psycho.

She's vastly outraised and outspent Donald Trump and will continue to do so. Her favorables are still above Trump's. Trump is Janet and she's the murderer.

The only way a women like Hillary could win is if he's running against him. I think Trump was planning to retire after The Apprentice, but his friend Hillary convinced him to run for the GOP nomination, so she could run for the Dem nomination and win the GE.

Made some edits which make it sound more plausible imo

Ah, it's Beet. The one who predicted Sanders would win NY, PA, and CA - the latter two by double digits. Very credible.

I owe him gratitude for showing that a person can be more pessimistic than I am about this election.

...or maybe it's a sign of the depth of my neuroses that I frequently find myself agreeing with Beet's assessment of things and feeling glad that someone other than me has assumed the mantle as our resident prophet of doom.

According to the Newsweek special election issues, Walter Mondale ended the campaign with unfavorables slightly over 60%.  Hillary Clinton isn't that unpopular.
