The guy in charge of installing red light cameras....in Chicago...is corrupt?  No funking way.  He says there are bigger fish to fry, but he won't name them, 'cause, ya know, he's got standards damn it! Smiley

Also, 40% of cameras are making the intersections MORE dangerous (it's probably actually higher), but Chicago isn't in any hurry to take them down.

Weird thing about them in Minnesota is the State Supreme Court basically banned them but they remain everywhere. They stay up and sometimes even flash, but legally tickets can't be issued on the basis of them.
