I'd like to see the rationale of the 5 people who voted for John Brown.

Brown voters, I'm still waiting for an explanation for why you prefer him over three great and wonderful men who had an amazing positive impact on the world.

Jesus: a cult leader who railed against the rich and was deemed a traitor by the government

Mandela: a great leader in race relations who ended Apartheid with a truly moving story

Explain to me how Jesus is better?

Did you not see the whole "done nothing wrong ever" thing I posted?

Mandela was a great man, but he was a man, and he was flawed. Jesus never sinned. Also, He didn't rally against the rich, He could've and didn't. In fact, He didn't rally against anything, He rallied for salvation.

Because he railed against the rich and was deemed a traitor by the government.

A government run by right-wing nutjobs that took Mosaic law a little too seriously at that.

The Roman government killed Jesus, the locals just asked them to.

George Washington. Most important figure in creating the first large scale stable and enduring democracy.
Brown is fine but is a minor figure historically compared to the other three. Nelson Mandella is a FF for the most part but the end of apartheid in South Africa didn't have the world changing implications of the American Revolution. Jesus has good teachings and is the most influential of the three but is a semi- mythical semi-cult figure.
