Tough one.  I actually like both, despite their unpopularity on the forum.

Bandit/Richius

Could you imagine the coverage of Bandit on FoxNews? It'd be insane.

I voted the same way, but I'm kind of a swing voter on this one.  Bandit is actually more moderate than CARLHAYDEN and Bono on issues like polygamy and incest (which is a big plus for me), but Richius holds the same issues on those positions.  Richius is also anti-abortion, which helps, but his excessive use (what he claims to be hyperbole) of the insult "mental disorder" in regards to liberalism passes Bandit's frequent but not quite on the same level jabs at conservatism.

I'll be like Bandit and predict a victory for him:

Of course, the Rethugs would rig the election and steal all 50 states. Sad

Richius is going through a wierd time - he used to be a much better poster and actually contributed a good deal of thought. He may just be bored and be trying to get a rise out of people. The point is I know if he's serious he can be somewhat charismatic. Bandit on the other hand has always been how he is as far as I know.

I'm going to have to go with Richius, oddly enough.  Richius is just being a monumental ass.  Bandit, on the other hand, is certifiably nuts.

Could you imagine the coverage of Richius on CNN? It'd be insane.

Just switch out the name and media station and you can't tell the difference...

No, CNN's bias is so subtle as to be barely perceptible, while FOX is essentially a campaign commercial.

I of course vote Bandit - a great guy.  Richius is a rather monstrous fellow.  Also Bandit would win, but only because Richius is a gay.

turnout in the Deep South will be extremely low - either that, or Roy Moore will win a landslide Tongue.

That said, Richius/Richius.

Plus he could believably say he's against gay marriage(I forget his position on this, but one way or another it would be believable), so he'd be an asset to the conservatives in that regard - a bi person against gay marriage.

Wouldn't that make him a hypocrite though, at least in the eyes of some voters?

bandit/bandit

Only 75% of the population has said they'd be willing to vote for a gay person. A pretty significant majority, but it's safe to say that 25% are all safely in the Republican camp. It's probably a bit lower for a bisexual, but no doubt there are plenty of fundies who'd never vote for vote for someone who's "deviant" in any way. Some Roy Moore nutjob runs and splits the vote.

So they'd be willing to vot for a nut?
