There are a several scenarios here:

2 - Only Trump and Clinton receive votes. There are no third-party victories and no faithless electors.

3 - Trump and Clinton receive votes, along with either a third party state win or a faithless elector.

4 - Trump and Clinton receive votes, and there are either multiple faithless electors for different people or one faithless elector and a third-party state win.

5 - Two faithless electors for different people along with a third party state win.

5+ - More faithless electors or third-party victories.

I say three - no McMullin win, but a faithless elector for Sanders.
