Assuming Hillary wins this yr by solid margin, but enters office most unpopular President inaugurated in modern polling era, GOP able to block everything of any consequence, her numbers dip to Approval: 35-40% and Favorability: 30-35% entering 2019.

In this scenario does Bernie sanders seek the Democratic nomination?

And by "Somebody Else" I don't mean the Paul Farrells of the world but rather a person of repute in some kind.

I can see Russ Feingold challenging Clinton in 2020 if they each win this November.

I hope that was the deal bernie made with him to give him access to mailing list.  Doubt it tho.  Is hilarious Bernie has that mailing list as a weapon.  Just comes into the hands of a 74yr old man.

2018 will be the big year for him to see if he has a chance.  2017 we should be able to tell if he will be a force in 2018 elections - but who knows. I would suggest less money in symbolic races like Canova and hopefully more spread around the country.  If you roll a 10-sided dice 50 times you might get somewhere.
